It looks like the Polaris Slingshot Blue Fire SL LE is the most exclusive trike since the model debuted. We're talking about a fully-loaded SL machine that comes with premium paint and several other enhancements that set this vehicle apart from what Polaris offered until now.
Honestly, the Blue Fire livery looks better than anything we've seen so far from Polaris, most likely because red and black color schemes tend to be overused throughout the industry, and only few manage to be truly spectacular.

This one, on the other hand, introduces a somewhat '80s-'90s-ish vibe, with the White Lightning accents beautifully following the Slingshot's edgy lines, making it look even more aggressive. It's difficult to say why, but this Slingshot Blue Fire SL brings back memories of the early Aston Martin Lagonda.

The SL SE Slingshot also has color-matched graphics and a painted belt guard. A tinted Reaper wind deflector is also part of the trim, as well as premium cast aluminum wheels, 18" in the front and a 20" unit in the rear. A media console with a 4.3" LCD screen, backup camera, and 6-speaker audio system with Bluetooth integration is also on the menu, plus an interior LED lighting kit.

As for the rest, the Slingshot Blue Fire SL LE comes with the best trim Polaris has to offer, including the 2.4-liter DOHC engine and 5-speed transmission, steel chassis, 3-point belts, electronic power-assisted tilt steering and ABS brakes, and the rest of the comfort-focused features of the SL version.

The Blue Fire SL LE is also good for 173 hp @ 6,200 rpm and produces a peak torque of 166 lb-ft (122.3 Nm) @ 4,700 rpm. With a tank that can carry 9.77 US gal (37.1 liters) of fuel, the Slingshot Blue Fire SL LE is also good for longer trips. In fact, the emergence of this new limited-edition machine was carefully scheduled during the riding season, as Slingshot vice president Craig Scanlon reveals: "We are excited to release the newest edition to the Slingshot lineup in a color consumers are demanding. With this vehicle being released during peak riding season, we expect an unprecedented demand. Quantities are limited so don’t wait."

The Polaris Slingshot Blue Fire SL LE is now available for prices starting at $26,999 in the US, and probably a little extra in Europe.
