Infiniti’s stronghold on the British luxury car market has been improved by the recent launch of its fourth showroom in the country and the first one in Scotland. Thus, Infiniti Centre Glasgow joins three others in central London, Reading and Birmingham.

The luxury showroom offers high standards of customer care, coupled with the marque’s unique customer service pledge of free car pick up and delivery within a 150 mile (241 km) radius. Located two minutes off the M8 at Braehead near Glasgow Airport, the showroom features stone, glass, light and space that create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The lobby/lounge/display area not only places its emphasis on top quality but also uses sustainable materials.

The Centre is operated by Infiniti UK retail partner MPA Ltd., which also operates the recently opened Infiniti Centre in Birmingham and has two more Centres under construction, in Stockport and Leeds, that are both due to open in 2011. Besides a six-car display area, the Centre boasts state-of-the-art workshop facilities, including an alignment bay and the latest wheel balancing equipment for wheels up to 21 inches. Taking center-stage in this luxurious setting will be the M37 petrol V6 saloon, the G line of coupe, convertible and saloon, the EX coupe-crossover and FX luxury SUV, together with the newly arrived M30d diesel-powered performance saloon.

The company has appointed Jason Blane as the manager and Steve Boland as Sales and Development Consultant. Blane, who has worked in the Scottish retail car industry for 14 years, is additionally responsible for all Infiniti sales throughout Scotland.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
