Japanese automaker Honda has announced that the new Civic Tourer estate will make it public debut at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show in September with a world first rear Adaptive Damper System.
Developed to “enhance stability and comfort under the varying load and driving conditions”, Honda’s new rear Adaptive Damper System is the first such feature to be applied to a production vehicle.
“By introducing the technology in this format, we expect many customers will be able to experience the benefits of this advanced system,” said Adrian Killham, Honda's Large Project Leader.
In addition, Honda also released a batch of photos of a camouflaged Civic Tourer, which can be viewed in our photo gallery section below.
The new Honda Civic Tourer will be built at the company’s manufacturing facility in Swindon, the United Kingdom. The vehicle will be launched in early 2014.
