The new mounts follow the good tradition: vibration dampened and key-secured, the perfect way to keep the GPS navigator safe while you're riding and while you're in a gas station's rest room. Both mounts come in machined aluminium and have been tested for the hardships of poor road conditions.

They can be easily locked and unlocked with the provided key, thus leaving them on the bike is entirely safe, vandalism excluded. While the Montana 600 is a great GS unit with the well-known sensitive sensors and rugged housing, the 650t boasts a 5 MP camera, pre-loaded Topo 100K mapsets and one of the most sensitive sensors on the market. It also sports the same rugged, road-worthy construction, ultr-bright 4” screen.

Both locking mounts come with a power cradle for bike installation and can work in both landscape or portrait mode. The Gamin Montana 600 GPS + mount/ cradle retails for $699 (€535), the same package but with the Montana 650t is $829 (€634).
