New Ford Fusion and EcoSport Making Local Debut at Dubai Motor Show

The 2013 edition of the Dubai International Motor Show will be open between November 5th and the 9th, and even though Ford doesn't have any global debuts lined up, they did announced a coupe of interesting Middle Eastern models.

Both the new Fusion sedan from America and the EcoSport B-segment crossover from India and other emerging markets will be presents. This is rather amusing, since the EcoSport is actually a replacement for the European Fusion, a jacked up version of the old Fiesta. Also on show will be the Raptor, the Ranger, the Mustang and the Atlas concept truck from Detroit, previewing the F-150.
Ford Middle East currently sells the old Fusion sedan, and the redesigned American mid-size delivers a welcomed upgrade in style and equipment.

Designed by Ford in Latin America, the second Generation EcoSport is a very small SUV built on the same platform as the Ford Fiesta. The B-segment model was first shown as a concept at the 2012 New Delhi Auto Expo and made its production car debut in 2013 at the Geneva Motor Show.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
