New Financing Offer from GM Certified Used Vehicles

The Certified Used Vehicles division of American manufacturer GM announced today it will be offering, through GMAC Financial Services, a nationwide APR financing of 1.9 percent for buyers of Chervolet Impala and Pontiac G6.

The offer will be up for grabs only until June 30. For model year 2005–2010 Impala, GMAC offers either 1.9, 2.9 or 3.9 percent APR financing. For the G6, the offer will run until January 3, 2011, is available for model year 2005-2010 and will only comprise a 1.9 percent APR financing.

“The G6 is a great buy for parents looking for the first car for their recent graduate and the Impala is an excellent choice for anyone who is looking for a great mid-size car that’s fuel efficient,” Paul Pejza, GM Certified Used Vehicles manager said in a statement. “This is a perfect time to take advantage of low financing rates on cars customers know are reliable and provide peace of mind.”

The Pontiac G6 has been at the core of GM's Certified Used Vehicles' offers for quite some time now, but nothing appears to be working. The now dead brand seems not to be very appealing to customers, as this is the third time GM is offering an incentive for a Pontiac model. In the beginning of February, the same offer described above was announced for Pontiac G6 and it was later extended on April 9.

As with all certified used models, those on the current offer are available with a fully transferable 100,000-mile/five-year powertrain limited warranty, a 12-month or 12,000-mile full warranty, free vehicle history report, 24-hour roadside assistance, three-day or 150-mile customer satisfaction guarantee and 3-month trial of OnStar and XM Satellite Radio.
