About the only good thing we can say about the current Fiat Linea is that you can ask your dealer for a big discount, since he's unlikely to be selling a lot of these un-updated sedans from 2007 in Europe or anywhere else for that matter.

According to a report from Autonews, a new generation of the Linea sedan will arrive in 20015, eight years after the current one's debut. It will reportedly be made at an updated Bursa factory in Turkey, where the Linea is currently made.
The size of the sedan will be pretty much the same, but Fiat engineers will try try to bring costs down so they can offer a really affordable car.
The Linea brings stiff competition from Skoda's Rapid, Peugeot's 301 and a number of other recently launched affordable sedans, not forgetting of course the Dacia Logan, now in its second generation.
