Now that the two flagship versions of the all-new Mercedes-Benz S-Class have been revealed, the luxury model is about to also receive some upgrades in terms of features as well - not even a year after the model was introduced, we might add.
For the first time in an S-Class, a new head-up display system is on the options list, after Mercedes-Benz has advocated for years against the use of the technology in their models.
Depending on the engine version, the head-up display can be had from EUR 1201.90 including 19 percent VAT in Germany.
A heated windshield starts from Eur 499.80, while the new touchpad introduced by the C-Class W205 starts at EUR 178.50, again depending on the model.
On top of that, the MY 2015 Mercedes-Benz S-Class also gets two new designo interiors in satin beige/titanium grey pearl or satin beige/satin red pearl, with each costing either EUR 3629.50 or EUR 892.50 for AMG models.
The Collision Prevention Assist system now provides improved protection against rear-end collisions from just 7 km/h (4 mph) instead of 30 km/h (19 mph) like before.
