The 2013 Dacia Logan MCV is now the cheapest estate in the UK, as the base model is now available to purchase at £6,995.
Dacia’s budget estate comes in three levels of trim, with three engines to choose from; a 90 hp 0.9-liter TCe three-cylinder, a 75 hp 1.2-liter petrol and a 1.5-liter dCi diesel engine that produces 90 or 75 hp. Despite having this small engines, Renault said that the heaviest Logan MCV weighs only 1,090 kg (2,403 lb).
The basic Access trim level includes 15-inch steel wheels, ABS, traction control and four airbags for only £6,955. Add another £600 and you will get the Ambiance version, which adds a radio/CD player, USB input, Bluetooth connectivity, electric front windows and remote central locking.
At £8,995, the Laureate edition will have air conditioning, leather-wrapped steering wheel, electric rear windows, cruise control, electric door mirrors and front fog lights added to the features above.
Available options include a seven-inch touchscreen sat-nav, rear parking sensors, leather upholstery and five colors to choose from - Pearl Black, Mercury, Cinder Red, Stone and Sargasso Blue.
