It seems like BMW is getting ready to launch a new M4 commercial, judging by the videos it’s been publishing on its Youtube channel. The new commercial seems to be in tune with one published earlier, where an M4 was seen drifting in close proximity to M3s from earlier generations.
Now, Chris Forsberg is back and doing his thing is a similar environment but different scenarios. In the first commercial he was drifting around stationary cars but this time, things have apparently changed.
In the four videos we’re about to show you, he drifts in tandem with another M4, then does donuts in tandem, only to get closer to other cars for a nice proximity drift and get some donuts done inside a box made of other M4s.
It’s all looking extremely enticing but it does make one wonder what exactly the end product will look like. Furthermore, BMW could’ve made these teasers a little longer, to appeal to our better nature.
Knowing that the M4 now has 431 HP and 550 Nm (406 lb-ft) that tear through tires as easy as it they were butter makes us want one even more, just to replicate a couple of the stunts seen here. In a safe environment, of course!
In the meantime, until we get to see what they’ve been working on, there’s only one thing left to do: wait. Hopefully we won’t have to wait too long!
