The new BMW i8 hybrid sports car is ready to take on the world. Just a bit over a week is left until the official unveiling of one of the most anticipated cars of the year takes place.
On September 10, the world will finally know how the i8 looks like and will have a chance to look at it live, at the 2013 Frankfurt Auto Show. BMW knows we're all excited over this event and decided to add fuel to the fire with a new teaser.
It doesn't show much, in traditional BMW style, but it shows enough to make us drool. The mirrors look unbelievably good, the rear wings give this car a look like none other and the front kidney grilles are blue on the inside, just like on the i3.
