New BMW 6 Series Becomes Retro Racer

BMW has recently introduced the first incarnation of the new 6 Series to the world. We are talking about the 650i Convertible, a vehicle that aims to become a true star. Unfortunately, the coupe incarnation of the vehicle hasn’t been released yet, with automotive enthusiasts from around the world still waiting for the Bavarian two-door to come and put a spell on them.

As you can imagine, we’re also killed by the anticipation created by the wait for the release of the vehicle. And whenever we enter a state like this, we use a hands on (the keyboard) approach, looking for some virtual creation that would quench our thirst.

Now you may be expecting us to tell you that we’ve been searching for a rendering of the model, spending hours to select the one that seems the most accurate. Well, we haven’t, because the BMW 6 Series Coupe Concept is certainly closer to the future product that any rendering.

Instead, we thought that it would be fun to seek an out of this world tuning project based on the future 6 Series coupe.

We chose a creation that takes us back into BMW’s racing history, coming with an incredibly mix of retro styling and visual aggression. As you can see, the vehicle has only kept the underpinnings of the 6 series, bringing an entirely new design. Now we know what we’ll think about over the weekend!
