New Bike Torque TV Show Production Kicks Off

A new TV show dedicated to motorcycle enthusiasts is due to air in autumn 2011, produced and presented by bikers, covering the very best action from the two-wheeled world. Dubbed “Bike Torque”, theUK-based series will bring together many aspects of the biking culture, and will also include a regular celebrity bikers segment.

Using a magazine style format, the series will feature three presenters: motorcycling and broadcast Journalist Steve Berry heads up the team, accompanied by Custom bike builder Paul “Tooty” Moody, with stunt legend Craig Jones.

Subject featured in the show will include new bike launches, road tests, safety issues, legislation, new technology, biking events, motorcycle sport, biking skills training and many more.

“Covering all areas of motorcycling – not just one niche, Bike Torque will be hugely entertaining, with the presenters and their guests providing genuine humour, while covering subjects and stories that are of real interest and importance to bikers. From classic cafe racers and scooters to 21 st century 200bhp sportsbikes, custom shows to hard-as-nails adventure biking challenges, Bike Torque will cover it all,” a statement from the producers reads.

“The celebrity biker segment will be a regular feature in each episode with the presenters meeting and interviewing celebrity bikers from the entertainment and sports world,” the statement further adds.

The production team will kick off filming at the forthcoming BMF show in Peterborough on May the 14th , before traveling on to Bournemouth for the Battistinis’ California Dreamingexpo on May the 28 thand 29th, where the presenters, Steve, Paul and Craig, will open the event, and talk the torque with show visitors.
