New 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Rendered, Looks Like a Budget Rolls-Royce Cullinan

Those of you who belong to the Jeep camp, the Grand Cherokee chapter, are having a brilliant time these days. And that's because while the carmaker is preparing to introduce a GC Trackhwak Redeye (the nameplate is tentative) as a last hurrah, the next-gen model is now in its advanced development stages, as the latter is expected to land late next year, coming as a 2021 model.

Jeep isn't taking any risks with the 2021 Grand Cherokee test cars as far as camouflage is concerned - the test cars are so heavily covered that one can't stop any design details at all.

Of course, no amount of camo can conceal the fact that the SUV is set to become slightly larger, with most of the size boost being dedicated to the wheelbase.

As such, digital artist Marouane (you probably know the aficioando as The Sketch Monkey) decided to start with a current Grand Cherokee in Photoshop, in the attempt to give us some visual expectations for the newcomer.

The pixel master started out with a current model and, given the lack of visual hints for the newcomer, the result still shows its roots pretty clearly. In fact, you can check out a series of spyshots of the next-gen Jeep Grand Cherokee in the image gallery above.

Interestingly, the fresh design looks a bit like the Rolls-Royce Cullinan - we're talking about the front end of the SUV here. Of course, this shouldn't be an issue for Jeep fans, even though I'm not sure what Goodwood aficionados make of the whole story.

Should you happen to be in a rush, you should consider only browsing the screenshots above. However, those of you who are willing to dive deeper into the transformation process of the Jeep should check out the video below, which shows the artist taking us through the visual journey.
