New 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG to Get Business Line Pack with Regular Look

We met the 2014 Mercedes E63 AMG at this year’s edition of the Detroit Motor Show and we really couldn’t say that the new styling cues are are too much for the ultra-capable sedan. However, there may be certain customers who want the extra muscle of the AMG version, but without the visual changes brought by this.

For them, Mercedes-Benz will launch the E63 AMG Business Line package, which will make the car look like a normal E-Class (you can see this in the adjacent image). The kit will delete the quadruple exhaust pipes, as well as the front apron.

The technical side of the car will remain untouched, which means that the hood will still hide a twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 unit delivering 557 hp and 720 Nm (531 lb-ft) of torque. Mercedes tells us that the vast majority of customers who want this come from Germany, so the Business Package will only be offered in Europe.
