We still don’t have a replacement for the waterfall grille to show you right now, but instead we bring you a new taillight design for the 2013 facelift that’s supposed to be more un-Ford-like than ever. Thankfully, the car will be fully revealed next week at the 2011 Los Angeles International Auto Show on November 16th, together with the MKT crossover.
The new image follows the reveal of the bonnet, and it’s much the same case of little changes that aren’t revolutionary. The tail lamps now feature LED technology. We also have a small image of a fresh instrument cluster LCD screen that combines other functions as well.
Besides the looks, recent reports state that Ford will go as far as offer different powertrains for the new MKS and MKT - the vehicles won't borrow the ones of the Taurus and Flex on which they are based in order to be better differentiated from these.
