Take a look at the scenario in the header photo: it looks like history repeating, doesn’t it? Well, you’re right, and it also seems like there will always be people dumb enough to simply ignore the errors others made in the past, even though these mistakes may result in pain, amputations or death.
Truth be told, human stupidity is probably one of the biggest resources one could ever imagine, and will run out when the universe dies. And when experiments powered by human stupidity are set in motion, injuries are the only thing which can help the “experimentalists” think twice.
Now, the trick is old, and this chap is not the first (nor the last) guy to feel the power of stupidity and centrifugal forces combined. If memory serves me well, the first such trick involved two idiots and a scooter. Needless to say, they were both thrown out of the (otherwise) innocent ride, each with various injuries.
However, this particular fellow got away rather easily, judging by the fact that his leg does not appear to be broken the Cousin Boneless way. It’s hard to believe that the chap simply walked away laughing and heading for the next beer crate, but considering the fact that he could have been one limb shorter, I’d rather say this was his lucky day.
Honestly, I wonder how long until the next similar video makes it online. It started out with a scooter, then things evolved to a small-displacement bike, maybe people should try a bigger one next time…
