MV Agusta Starts Delivery of the 2010 F4 Superbike

The waiting days are over for fans of the new F4 machine launched by Italian manufacturer MV Agusta at EICMA show in Milan last year. These days, one of the most prestigious testers of the world press will be in Almeria (Spain) to test the incredible performances of the new 2010 MV Agusta superbike.

At the same time, the first F4 units will be delivered to the dealers. As the company itself states, “Waiting is finished, the MV Agusta dream continues...”

The 2010 MV Agusta F4 enjoyed a great deal of success in November at EICMA, when it was repeatedly elected queen of the Show, and is now ready for delivery to the first customers who have booked it within the last couple of months.

“Despite the unhappy economic general moment, MV Agusta is carrying on working at full force in order to meet the demands of the customers, who have already awarded the success of the new Brutale and who are looking forward to the arrival of the new MV branded dream motorcycle,” a company statement reads.

The production lines reportedly work at full capacity, without slowdowns or stops, in order to give the chance to as many motorcyclists as possible to ride what some consider one of the most beautiful bikes ever built.

The new 186 horsepower MV Agusta F4 boasts a newly engineered in line 998cc 4-cylinder engine complete with twin shower fuel injectors assisting each cylinder. Other standard features include a new electronic injection system featuring 49 mm throttle bodies with a patented Torque Shift System (TSS), allowing variable lift intake.

Moreover, the 2010 F4 is 22 lbs. lighter than its predecessor, weighing in at a lithe 423.5 lbs. total weight.
