MV Agusta F3 - Most Beautiful Bike at EICMA 2010

Finally, the moment that everybody who kept track with the innovations from this year’s EICMA show in Milan, also attended by the autoevolution team, has come: the Most Beautiful Bike of the Show title has been awarded.

As many of us saw it coming, the new MV Agusta F3 middleweight machine received the award, capturing a total of 38,5 percent of over 12.000 votes cast.

Behind the F3, with 20,6 percent of the votes, was the Ducati Diavel and occupying the third place on the podium was the Kawasaki ZX-10R with 8,5 percent of the votes.

Giovanni Castiglioni, the Managing Director of MV Agusta, Corrado Capelli, the President of Confindustria ANCMA and EICMA along with Piero Bacchetti, the President of Edisport Editorial, all attended the award ceremony that took place during the conclusion of the event.

The latest creation by MV Agusta amazed the audience, not only with its unmistakable lines, as with its big brother, the F4, but also with its amazing performances. Probably the most eye-catching element of the new F3 supersport bike was the triple side exit exhaust system.

The bike is powered by a 675cc three-cylinder engine that delivers 140 hp, while using a segment-first Ride By Wire system with multiple applications, offering the bets output in various riding conditions.

“For the historical manufacturer from Italy, this is a further recognition of the immense amount of energy and resources that MV Agusta is dedicating to the constant development of their new products. The F3, at its first public debut, has been confirmed as the most desired motorcycle by all of the motorcyclists in the world,” the company said in a statement.
