Positive news come today from MV Agusta, as the Italian manufacturer reports a whopping 100 per cent increase in the first two months of 2013 over the same period of 2012.
MV Agusta reached a 12% market share in Italy, in sport bikes 570cc and bigger segment, with the acclaimed F3 675 bike comfortably representing a quarter of the new registrations. Despite the negative world trend , good signals also come from the rest of the European and worldwide markets, too.
Giovanni Castiglioni, MV Agusta President and CEO, says the group is satisfied with the way 2013 begins, and is confident that the figures will grow even bigger once the awaited Rivale 800 machine will also be available in dealerships.
Many customers have already placed advance orders for the Rivale 800, the undisputed beauty queen at the 2012 EICMA in Milano, Italy. The MV Agusta Rivale 800 will enter production in the second semester of 2013, so there is still some waiting for the eager fans. Press release attached (PDF).
