Earlier today, we told you that MTM is preparing to bring a new development to the Geneva Auto Show, in the form of a polished biturbo Audi R8 V10, which will offer no less than 777 hp and 888 Nm (655 lb-ft) of torque. However, MTM will also bring a second vehicle to the event, the previously-presented extreme version of the TT RS.
We’ll remind you that we are talking about an Audi TT (cough... beefed-up Volkswagen Golf... cough) that allows the driver to play with 472 hp an a peak torque of 600 Nm (442.5 lb-ft). The hefty output pushes the TT to 62 mph in a supercar-rivaling 3,9 seconds, with the top speed playing in the same league (312 km/h or 194 mph).
The vehicle offers a matching stopping power, as it comes with a braking system that uses 380x34 mm discs and eight-piston calipers. The car rides on MTM 20-inch rims that use high-performance tires.
Returning to MTM’s Geneva display, this will be located in hall five and will see the two custom rides stand fender to fender. Yes, we know, the shiny 777 hp R8 might steal the show, but we think that the 472 TT RS is cocky enough not to be bothered. You can enjoy a few images of the two cars together in the gallery bellow.
autoevolution will be attending the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, so stay tuned for some real up close and personal shots of the vehicles, as well as for first-hand details of the motorized contraptions presented at the event.
