The latest modification package for the vehicle comes from MR Car Design, which has gently touched the version of the car that was produced between 2003 and 2008. The German tuner offers soft touches for aesthetic and tech sides of the Quattroporte.
The vehicle’s naturally-aspirated 4.2-liter V8 engine has received an ECU remap, as well as a stainless steel exhaust system that features 76 mm tailpipes and now allows the person behind the wheel to play with 430 hp. As for the peak torque, this has been increased from 451 Nm to 480 Nm.
The connection to the road has heavily modified, as the car received a new suspension and rims. The vehicle rides on Vossen-rims that use an elegant design and come in a 22-inch size, using 245/30 front tires and 295/25 rear tires. As for the suspension, MR Car Design installed a set of H&R springs that bring the car closer to the road by between 20 and 30 mm.
The final touch is added by a dark tint for the windows, which accentuates the Quattroporte’s mean look.
Our say: We’re always happy when tuners show us that the heroes of the past have not been forgotten, but we would’ve liked a greater effort.
