A well established presence in the two-wheeled world, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation announces a new safety-minded operation, but this time it's e-learning time: the Basic eCourse.

The MSF Basic eCourse is a 3-hour online training program which provides beginners with highly-interactive content, such as photos, videos, graphics and more, all focused on the basics of riding a motorcycle safely.

According to MSF Vice President of Training Systems Dr. Ray Ochs, the Basic eCourse is also helping "new riders decide whether or not motorcycling is appropriate for them, and it prepares them for their first ride in the formal, hands-on training." Also suitable for more experienced riders, this program will also prove a good "safety renewal opportunity to refresh and improve their current riding strategies."

The Basic eCourse is structured into 12 sections:
