The Grand Prix Commission has approved more wildcard appearances for Austria's Remus Racing Team and their rider Martin Bauer in 2013 and 2014.
For the current season, Bauer will only make one more outing in a MotoGP race, and that is going to be in the final act of the championship, the Valencia round, on November 10. Remus Racing Team and Bauer will also take part in the post-race official test session, thus being able to gather more data on their bike behavior under both racing and testing conditions.
Remus Racing Team has been granted no less than 4 2014 wildcard appearances by the GPC. They will take place only during European rounds: the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic and San Marino.
Martin Bauer is already signed for the Valencia race and Adreas Bronnen. Remus Racing Team Manager wants him on a contract for 2014, as well. Martin Bauer is the first-ever Austrian to ride in a premier class race, with the Czech round at Brno on 25th August being coined as the birth of Austria's MotoGP dream.
