Spectacular as motocross jumps are, spectators often forget the risks each one of these awesome air times come with. And what's even more important to consider is how easily can things go wrong during such feats.
It's funny and at the same time scary, understanding how positioning a leg one inch off the ideal position when pushing the bike in mid-air can lead to disaster. Likewise, several millimeters missing (or more, for what's worth) from the throttle's twist can have equally unhappy consequences.
Given the fact that these guys don't exactly afford to make too many mistakes during their training, seeing such jumps landed well and safe is always providing a heartening feeling. Luckily, this fellow was alright in the end, though visibly shaken pretty bad.
