British sportscar manufacturer Morgan has announced the introduction of the Brooklands edition for its Roadster and 3-Wheeler models.
Named after the famed Brooklands track, the new special edition celebrates “the ancestry of British racing cars”. The new vehicles will be sold with Jaguar “Brooklands” green exterior paint, black accents and Speed Silver Satin bonnet and cowl. Special badging will be added to the body just to make sure these Morgans stand out.
Inside, the company will add black leather seats, four-spoke steering wheel, rubber floor mats and distinct features for each of the two cars. For instance, the Roadster will get a body-color dashboard and additional legroom thanks to a redesigned gearbox cover, while the 3-Wheeler will arrive with a polished cowl and an after market exhaust.
Both models will be built in only 50 examples each, and customers will be handed an annual membership to the Brooklands trust. The Morgan Roadster can be ordered for £40,000+VAT, while pricing for the 3-Wheeler will be revealed in September.
