Funny or not as it may seem, but it looks like Morgan will recall at least 139 of their 3W motorcycle engine-powered 3-wheelers.
The issue is not exactly a severe one, but to make sure these "carcycles" stay on the safe side, their owners must pay a visit to the dealership. The NHTSA campaign number 12V313000 signals the fact that certain Morgan 3-wheelers do not have the corresponding labels attached to the brake fluid reservoirs, as the Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 122 stipulates.

This mishap leads to these vehicles failing to conform to the said standard and therefore should not be allowed to use the roads. However, Morgan informed they will be installing the filling warning labels for free, so that no potential reduction of the brake performance could be triggered by this small flaw.

The affected units have been manufactured October 2012 through July 2013. If you inspect your Morgan's brake fluid reservoir and see no filling warning label, you can call the manufacturer's US agent at 1-505-570-1845 and schedule the small "update" for your 3-wheeler.
