Introduced at the Detroit Auto Show on pre-programmed iPad tablets, the mobile app uses augmented reality to display how a truck would look with any of the 250+ Mopar factory-installed parts and accessories that available for the Ram 1500.

The app can be used at any Chrysler Group dealership across North America. All you need to do is get into the Mopar Custom Shop and point the iPad at the Ram brand logo displayed on the desk.

“We are excited to use this technology and see how a consumer might engage with it,” said Tricia Hecker, director of marketing at Mopar, back when the app was launched. “We look forward to seeing how they use this to add personalized touches to their vehicles in the future."
