There are occasions when we talk about Lamborghini's past and tales that involve Sant'Agata Bolognese's future. However, the story we have here is about bringing the first into the latter, all with the help of a Countach.
This 80s icon is anything but the kind of machine that requires extra track width and yet the Internet was more than happy to offer just that.

We're looking at a set of renderings portraying a widebody Lamborghini Countach, albeit one that somehow stays true to the original.

In other words, the pixel play adds super-sized elements to the Raging Bull, but these can easily be set apart from the factory lines.

Speaking of which, you should make sure to use the swipe feature of the Instagram post at the bottom of the page, which portrays the Countach.

Now, those of you who like to spend their weekends behind the controller might meet these aero bits again in the near future. That's because this rendering comes from Khyzyl Saleem, a digital artist who put together many of the custom bits found in the upcoming Need For Speed: Heat game.

Note that the post below also includes a peek at the customization possibilities offered by the arcade racing title, which is set to land on November 9.

Now, if you're looking for another example of a modernized Lamborghini Countach, you should know we've recently discussed just that. You see, digital artist The Sketch Monkey is going through a bit of a phase on this topic and the V12 machine was a topic he simply couldn't miss.

Marouane (this is the actual name of the pixel specialist) came up with a less extreme take compared to the one starting at us from behind the screen, but the two do have certain things in common, such as the obvious rear light cluster update.
