Even though we saw his new Lamborghini Aventador Roadster being upgraded up to the point it would literally spit fire through its exhaust pipes, we never guessed Hanley Ramirez was in fact celebrating something. One month later, the 31-year old baseball player would sign a four-year, $88 million deal with the Boston Red Sox. Now he sent a Range Rover to the tuner shop.
After becoming a free agent last summer, even though the Dodgers did extend a qualifying offer to him, on November 25 Ramirez signed the new contract. The Red Sox also offered him a fifth year vesting option worth another $22 million. In other words, Ramirez returned to the team he signed first as an International Free Agent, back in July 2000.

So, what do you think, are these reasons big enough to celebrate? They sure are since Ramirez has been keeping himself busy with renewing his car collection. Like we previously reported, the Lambo got a 120 horsepower upgrade, which turns the already mean machine into one hell of a monster ride. But that wasn’t the only new acquisition the successful baseball player would make.

Lamborghini for me, a Range Rover for the family

The other day, Alex Vega "showcased" a new 2015 Ranger Rover Supercharged, driving it out of the garage. The pictures went on Instagram so he could show fans how it worked out. The owner of the Auto Firm Miami-based shop says the luxury SUV got a color keyed all-black finish with painted red calipers. It also received a proper new pair of wheels, the 24 inches Avorza AV2 forged rims to be more precise.

Since Ramirez and his wife Sanoe have three sons, we’re pretty sure that the Range is going to be the family car. Meanwhile, the pimped-out Lamborghini Aventador Roadster will most likely remain the head of the family’s personal toy.
