The word in the Major League Baseball is that Andruw Jones is planning to return, but he hasn’t signed with any team so far. After all, things worked out quite fine with his career for the last two years he spent with the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles of Japan’s Pacific League. The fact he just took proper care of his off-roader stands as proof he's quite satisfied with where he is now.
Folks over at the Miami-based Auto Firm are starting to be quite good at customizing off-roaders. Their journey started a while ago, but the mainstream automotive industry heard of the shop only recently. It’s when Floyd Mayweather himself commissioned the Auto Firm with his Wrangler, and the result - which reportedly cost about $100,000 - it’s a hell of a tuning gig we liked.
Since we have been reporting of their tuning jobs for quite a while now, we also came to understanding there's a hell of a big community of baseball players that often send their cars there. The latest MLB fellow to ask for the auto shop’s services is one of the veterans in the game.
As you can observe in the picture above, there have been quite a lot of modifications applied, which include the front and rear bumpers, 2.5 lift kit, side steps and fender flares. There’s also a 52’’ light bar we’ve seen on numerous other occasions, as well as the front grill that also is quite popular among Jeep owners.
If we were to take the tuner’s word, there’s also a new interior, new hood, halo headlights and, the Avorza off-road series rims. All these may seem like a lot for a Jeep, but we are talking about one of MLB’s greatest players, after all.
