We weren't kidding when we said Mitsubishi started their teasing game prior to the new 2016 Pajero Sport launch next month, but this time Japanese officials were more generous.
Last time it was a picture, but now we're looking at a video posted by Mitsubishi Motors Thailand on YouTube.
Don't get too excited though, a lot of the car's outer shell areas are blacked out and the clip only lasts for 15 seconds, but that's enough to get a glimpse of the car's LED headlights and taillights, side profile and front grille that looks like it has been touched by Mitsubishi's Dynamic Shield aura.
Other markets will meet and greet the Pajero Sport under different names, like the Montero, Shogun and Nativa, but this video confirms a lot of design cues - at least on the outside - have been taken over from what the GC-PHEV Concept had to offer in terms of exterior styling.
If it's the SUV's internals you're interested in, here's what we can tell you so far. The engines will be borrowed from the L200 pickup truck, and power outputs should stay between the 128 horsepower and 181 horsepower interval.
Furthermore, we expect Mitsubishi to imbue the Pajero Sport with a five-speed and a six-speed manual gearbox, as well as with a five-speed automatic transmission.
In any case, there's not much time left until the 2016 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport meets the public, as the SUV will be officially unveiled on August 1, at the 2015 Bangkok International Grand Motor Sale.
