In 2009, the London & Surrey Mini Owners Club set the world record for the largest ever parade of MINI cars, bringing together 1,450 cars, with which they filled the historic 2-mile auto racing circuit around the famous Crystal Palace park in UK's Capital.

This time, MINI USA, through its Michigan dealer, MINI of Gran Rapids is hoping to bring together more than 1,451 cars to converge on Mackinaw City, MI, to motor northwards in a complete convoy along I-75 and complete a mass crossing of Michigan's iconic 26,372 feet long Mackinac Bridge, where the count will be made.

The so-called 'MINI ON THE MACK' event is part of MINI's Not Normal campaign and promises to be great fun for participants. If you want to join the effort, go to www.minionthemack.com and register to secure a spot at the event.
