MINI Launched Rockstar Collection

MINI is marking its 50-year birthday with all kinds of special edition car models and lifestyle collections. After the MINI Fresh Up collection launched earlier this year, the brand recently announced a new fabrics and accessories line, designed to showcase essential ‘Brit chic’, with Union Jack prints and rockstar badges.

The new collection is based on the style brought in the world of fashion by the British rockstar bands, such as the Sex Pistols, The Clash and the Rolling Stones.

In addition to the MINI Heritage highlights, represented by the Duffle Coat, the Ladies’ Checkered Blouse and Men’s Checkered Shirt, British Wellington Boots and the Rockstar Belt, are other outfits and accessories, all available in MINI’s online shop.

The Duffle Coat provides a more subtle option to the leather jacket, and the MINI “his and hers” variants both have a hood, practical toggles and patch pockets, perfectly suitable for chilly days. The ladies’ duffle comes in a classy grey, while the men’s is in classic anthracite, with a handy key chain fixed to the inner pocket.

The inner lining of the two coats is based on a blue-purple check pattern, which can also be found on the Ladies’ Checkered Blouse and Men’s Checkered Shirt. Rounding off the collection are a wide range of shirts, polo shirts, long-sleeved tops, sweatshirts and hooded jackets, all using rockstar motifs, Union Jack prints, racing checks, badges and the used look.

The British Wellington rubber Boots make use of the Union Jack badges and rock-style prints, with the British flag also featured in their inner pattern. The black Badges Lapeer Hat features three badges on the left-hand side of the hat underline its vintage character.

Also a must have in the collection are the Rockstar Belt with the Union Jack metal buckle , the ladies’ Checkered Scarf in essential check design and the black Unisex Bandana with rockstar print.
