After BMW took over both Roll-Royce and MINI it was only natural that they would combine the best of all their respective cars, BMW's sportiness, Rolls' luxury and the MINI's size.
This is how the MINI Goodwood was created.

A collaboration between MINI and Rolls-Royce wouldn't have seen possible outside the BMW merger. Since they all belong to the same mother company now, here's what came to out.

Based on the Cooper S, the Goodwood was designed by the Rolls Royce's design team and was produced in only 1000 examples. The "MINI Inspired by Goodwood" is decked with the kind of exclusive luxury items you would only find in a Rolls, like woven headliner, wool floor mats, a gloss-black finish for the controls, Rolls-Royce font speedo and tachometer faces, leather covered doors and center console and walnut pieces that have been shaped at the Rolls-Royce Goodwood facility.

The price of the MINI Goodwill is $52.000 in the US, so it's not as expensive as a Rolls Royce and not as cheap as an ordinary MINI. Recently, this car was included in the Top 5 Luxed-Up superminis by Carbuzz.com but by the way it looks we must admit it's a step ahead of any kind of competition.
