MINI goes Tumi Concept Car Presented

Travel-oriented international lifestyle brand Tumi is looking more and more outside the box, being aware that partnering with renown automobile and motorcycle manufacturers might boost the sales. We’ve seen Tumi’s touch on items (luggages) designed for Lexus or Ducati, and we were pleased with the result, and it happened the same when we laid our eyes on their latest project.

Dubbed MINI goes Tumi, the project is a concept car that was unveiled in Beijing, China, earlier this month, as Freshnessmag.com reports.

Some might say this is just another art-meets-technology creation, but the truth is it is more than that. It used to further explore Tumi’s potential and thus increase the brand’s awareness, In fact, MINI goes Tumi will travel around the world during the coming year in order to serve as inspiration for potential partnerships in the near future.

Getting back to the point, there are two cars involved in the project: a MINI One Clubman and a MINI Cooper S Clubman, both wearing special paint schemes - in Black (or Alpha) and classic Hunter Green (or Alpha Brave), respectively.

But it’s not just the exterior that received a special note, as all aspects of the cars have been reworked. Custom Tumi fabrics were used inside, while a matching sets of luggage has been created specially for the occasion. The result, as you can see, is not bad at all, and Tumi has all the chances to achieve its goal.
