MINI Coutryman JCW Will Debut at 2012 Geneva Show

With a hard ride and now capacity to tow a horse box or pull a tractor out of the snow, the MINI Coutryman is not going to blow people away with its off-roading capabilities. What’s more, the ride is so hard that most people are going to stick in auto and take a leisurely drive in the city.

So it’s actually the perfect candidate for a sporty makeover among all the small SUVs. According to CarBuzz, the JCW version will indeed come next year, and it will most likely debut at the Geneva Motor Show.

What’s more, these are official pictures you are looking at, as a prototype has undergone its final stint of snow testing in wintery Austria. When it enters production, it should offer 210 hp or more, a lowered suspension and possibly better brakes.
