It seems like autumn is the time for various tops, as the weather is bad and you keep on getting bored more and more every day. The guys from Autoguide didn't waste no time and are already presenting their Top 10 Cheapest Convertibles listing.
Amongst the brilliant cars they put up you'll find automobiles like the 2014 Volkswagen EOS, 2014 Chevrolet Camaro, 2013 Chrysler 200, 2014 Ford Mustang, 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth and, of course, the 2014 MINI Cooper Convertible, that made it to number 5.
The small, fun cabrio is powered by a 1.6-liter engine that develops 122 HP and 114 lb-ft (154 Nm) of torque that, when hooked up to a proper manual gearbox, delivers unbelievable levels of excitement for that amount of power. Starting at $25,945 sure makes a strong case for this car too.
The MINI was overtaken in this ad-hoc top by the legendary Volkswagen Beetle, 2013 Mazda MX-5, 2013 Fiat 500c and the 2013 Smart ForTwo Cabriolet that was ranked number 1.
