Watching videos like this one makes me wonder how can authorities issue licenses for such idiots.
Seriously, there is no need for shallow politeness here: this guy is as mindless as a pile of dirt. Failing to even slow down when about to enter a main road from what appears to be a yard or so is pure suicide, and I really don't think this was his plan.
And as if this was not enough, he couldn't even see the road to his right because of a tall wall. I thought this was even one more reason to stop prior to entering the main road.
Anyway, the chap was kind of lucky as the truck clearly hit the back of the scooter, but I doubt he or she walked unscathed from this.
