Everyday traffic brings us in all kind of difficult situations and the adjacent video is the perfect example to demonstrate this. The clip brings us an aftermath of a crash that brought a Miami police cruiser up on an utility pole.
According to ABC News, officer J. Brutus was driving close to the intersection of NW 6th Avenue and 67th street and, a a certain moment, he allegedly took his eyes of the road, looking for a pen that had fallen and thus was unaware of the fact that his cruiser was heading for the pole.

The vehicle veered off and passed over a Florida Power and Light pole extension cord, ending up in the position shown in the footage.

As if that wasn’t enough, the position of the car means that the the officer was stuck inside the vehicle and had to call Fire Rescue for help. Fortunately, Brutus was not harmed in the incident.
