Metzeler announced its new calendar for 2017 and this time it celebrates the talent and passion transmitted by women riders through twelve beautifully designed pages. Titled Natural Born Lady Rider, the calendar was created as a tribute to female motorcycle pride, emphasizing the determination shown by women of all ages to ride their motorcycles.
The calendar was launched along with a movie marathon lasting 48 hours. Focused on women motorcyclists, the full-color calendar was produced in a limited edition with the collaboration of “Somewhere”, showing professional athletes and pure bike enthusiasts from all over the world that are united by one thing - their love for motorcycling.

Opening the calendar is Vaune Phan, a blogger from Singapore, followed by the blonde queen of road racing, Maria Costello on the February page. She is a professional rider who achieved three podiums at the legendary Isle of Man TT Races.

British motoblogger Joanna Benz, who is very active on Instagram, beautifully graces the March page, while April goes around the world with Lea Rieck. The latter is a German biker who rode around the world on a Triumph Tiger 800 XCA which she named Cleo.

May takes us to Italy, showing us Sara Trentini, the six-time Italian Trial Champion and 2012 European Champion. June features Alicia Sornosa, who is the first Spanish woman to have ridden five continents on a two-wheeler.

Three American women, a mother and two daughters, are portrayed on the month of July. Their names are Laura Klock, Erika, and Karlee Cobb, and represent the first mother-daughter-daughter trio to simultaneously hold land speed records.

August brings us Lydia Truglio Beaumont while Sarah Lezito can be found on the September page. The first, a passionate French motorcyclist while the latter is a 24-year-old stuntwoman among the most followed on social networks and also considered as some of the best in this field.

The US opens the page of October with Jody Perewitz, who holds 15 speed records as well as being the first woman to have reached over 200 mph on a V-twin. November belongs to German Dakar rider Tina Meier, while December features Yuka Izutani, a Japanese journalist sharing a deep passion for motorcycling.
