This video shows how serious the consequences of bad decisions can be, especially when in mid-air, and no longer aboard or in control of a snowmobile.
While a thick layer of snow is surely inviting riders to try their best (and beyond), it's sad to see that some of them are not considering using it to break the fall. After all, once you lost control of the big machine, what are the chances to make things right again? Pretty much zero, isn't it?
So why desperately clinging to the snowmobile instead of letting it go and hope for the best landing in the snow? Probably realizing that things are going worse than expected took one second too long. The result is a broken femur with all the pain and screams that go with it.
