The Mercedes SLS AMG has recently received a tuning package that comes from mcchip-dkr, which is taking the Germna supercar to the gym in two different stages.
The package uses the MC700 designation and straps a supercharger to the 6.2-liter V8, while also adding a Capristo exhaust system and a new ECU map. The result of the tech work? The uni now delivers 671 hp and a peak torque of 770 Nm (568 lb-ft), which can be translated into a premium of 109 hp and 120 Nm (88 lb-ft).
mcchip-dkr also offers export version of the kit. These don’t come with TUV approval, so they are less restrictive, allowing the powerplant to deliver even more muscle - 706 hp and 793 Nm (585 lb-ft).
The German market kit will set you back €69,900 ($88,060) and the export one can be installed for €78,999 ($99,520).
