Get ready to see the W222 Mercedes-Benz S-Class in a completely new light, as quite a few Miami tuning companies have collaborated on a project we can only describe with one word, "wow".

The project car is the S550 model, equipped with a 4.7-liter V8, but without the AMG aggression. It was taken into the shop of Miami wrappers Metro Wrapz, the same guys who did Flo Rida's Bugatti. This time, they designed a model-specific design which combines bright red, green and yellow. Best of all, when the lights are turned off, these colors glow by themselves.

Vossen were also on on the project and their experience with large concave wheels proved invaluable for the S550.

Since no other W222 S-Class has ever come so close to being artistic, the perfect plat to unveil it was at the 2014 edition of the Art Basel Miami. The real surprise is under the bonnet, as this S-Class has been taken to Renntech, probably the biggest Mercedes tuners in America.

Now, we're not allowed to know what sort of power they got from the 4.7-liter V8, but we've been promised huge gains over the standard 450 horsepower. We really did do a lot of snooping around and couldn't find what power boost they offer for the biturbo engine. All we could learn was that the minimum gain for a 2007-2011 model was 31 hp, so we're looking for at least that much here.
