Japanese tuners are still among the best in the world. If you want something mental for your Lamborghini, get a widebody Rocket Bunny kit, but if you expect class, then Wald International is your only option. These guys usually do painstaking clay modeling to figure out how to accentuate a car and their latest project targets the beautiful S-Class Coupe.
Let's start by telling you guys a few things we learned about the S-Class Coupe. Our test car was an extremely expensive S500 with the new-fangled Swarovski crystals in the headlights. Yet it didn't look like it was worth the €150,000 or so, which is fine for the Mercedes customers who want to be discrete.

But Wald has decided to change that with a body kit that's to our liking. It has a completely new front bumper with a a vertical LED daytime running light fixture to one side of the massive air vents. The chin of the car has also changed for the better. Down the side, the biggest upgrade is to the front fender, which received a large set of "shark gills". The side skirts were also changed.

The wheels are also of a brand new design and only allow you to see the brake rotors from the front 3/4 angle. This photo is just a preview for the kit, which may be revealed next month. There's no word on whether the styling package will also bring performance upgrades. But at least we can expect a new exhaust system, since this is another trademark of the Wald International body kit.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
