After endless speculation about this car, we finally know what it is: it's very, very sexy. The S-Coupe is not only the boggest two-door Daimler is making, but also the coolest, far more modern than the old CL, which it replaces.
The replacement for the old CL-Class is now officially the S-Class Coupe, previewed by a sexy concept which in traditional Mercedes form is 95% production ready.
Some say the S-Class Coupe won't have any small engines because the CL didn't either. However, the S-Sedan offers everything from small diesels to hybrids, so we thing this C-Coupe will have at least a V6 biturbo engine.
With chromed brake calipers, a starry sky grille, panoramic glass roof and sleek wing mirrors, the S-Coupe is so much more than a sum of German parts. It's art for the road.
