The godfather of modern limos had to attend affairs at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show and made an opulent appearance on the stage. Ladies and gentlemen, behold the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman S600.
No need to take a bow, but the car is long enough to inspire respect, or hate or mixed feelings as it just stands there, waiting for filthy rich customers to judge it. But there’s nothing much to judge, because Mercedes took care of everything in terms of performance and top-shelf comfort.

Mercedes-Maybach Pullman S600 is powered by a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine delivering 530 HP. It’s dimensions are impressive too: the four-door 2+2+2 model is 1,053 mm (41.5 in) longer than the Mercedes-Maybach. All this goes towards the passengers’ leg room and boy, they do have plenty of that.

They occupants in the back are also spoiled with two executive seats installed over there. These king-size delights for the rich come with full adjustability and there’s also the option of reclining up to 43.5 degrees and electrically raise a footrest for that nap between two meetings or two international summits, perhaps.

Passengers also get maximum privacy thanks to an electro-sensitive separating glass that puts a barrier between them and the driver at the press of a button, by going opaque. Magic? Not really, but it sure sounds like it.

Pricing will most likely start somewhere around $570,000 and guess what, there’s also an armored version for world leaders, businessmen or VIPs that have upset someone really bad. This one could very well have a price tag of $1,000,000.
