Mercedes C-Klasse Coupe Sales Begin, Prices Inside

As the new generation C-Klasse is taking its rightful place alongside the SLK in dealerships on Saturday, Mercedes has opened the order books for the coupe version of the C line, which is going to enter the same stores this June. And with this announcement come the prices Mercedes will charge for the model presented at the Geneva Auto Show earlier this month,

Packing a pair of diesel engines and three petrol, the new C-Klasse coupe also offers a new development in the powertrain range out for grabs. Embodied by the new V6 petrol fitted in the C 350 BlueEFFICIENCY, the unit offers a very low fuel consumption, 6.8l/100 km (34 mpg). An even more frugal engine, the one in the C 220 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY (with manual six-speed transmission), eats only 4.4l/100 km (53 mpg).

The C-Klasse coupe is equipped with all the technologies that have made the German auto maker famous around the world, including AGILITY CONTROL suspension, ATTENTION ASSIST drowsiness detection, DISTRONIC PLUS proximity control or COMAND Online multimedia system.

The model is also equipped with larger displays that until now, phone book transfer, display of SMS messages, wireless music reproduction via Bluetooth and a USB interface.

Below is the list of prices for which Mercedes is selling the new coupe version of the C-Klasse:

  • C 220 CDI BE (6-speed, mechanical) - EUR37,455
  • C 250 CDI BE (6-speed, mechanical) – EUR41,174
  • C 180 BE (6-speed, mechanical) – EUR33,290
  • C 250 BE (7G-TRONIC PLUS) - EUR41,174
  • C 350 BE (7G-TRONIC PLUS) - EUR47,540

There are also several packages being offered, including the AMG Sports package, which comes, for EUR2,499, with three-spoke multifunction sports steering wheel with flattened bottom section and seven-spoke AMG light-alloy wheels with 225/40 R18 tires at the front and 255/35 R18 at the rear.
