The 2013 ADAM Awards saw the Stuttgart car manufacturer win the Golden Apple in the L category (which is up to 500 square meters) for their specially-built Pavilion and Roadshow, created last year to promote the launch of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class W176.
If any of our European readers remember, the new A-Class launch campaign used a rather nice and inviting design for their pavilion, which you can check out in the gallery bellow.
ADAM is apparently a German acronym for the Award for Outstanding Brand and Trade Fair Presentations, and the ceremony has been held since 2001 by FAMAB Verband Direkte Wirtschaftskommunikation e.V. (Association for Direct Business Communications) for outstanding brand presentations and exhibitions that aren't held in the usual trade fairs or shows.
The architecture and design of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class exhibition stand was done by Liganova, which is a Stuttgart-based brand retail specialist, while the actual build of the pavilion was done by Nüssli AG, which is a Swiss company.
Having no less than 82 appearances in 22 European countries, the A-Class W176 campaign was one of the most successful launch roadshows in the company's history.
