Well, it seem that employees of Mercedes-Benz USA have more than one reason to brag to their neighbors, apart from the fact that they work for the luxury car brand that sold most cars in the United States in 2013.
Not surprisingly, MB USA has been named one of the 100 Best companies to Work For by Fortune magazine.

“This marks MBUSA's fifth consecutive year on FORTUNE's list of the 'Best Companies to Work For,' and we couldn't be happier,” said Steve Cannon, president and CEO of MBUSA. “The employees of this company never cease to amaze me with their spirit and determination. Their commitment to our customers and infectious can-do attitude drove MBUSA to record heights in 2013. I have no doubt our strong and engaging culture will bring us even greater success in the year ahead.”

Mercedes-Benz USA was chosen in front of hundreds of companies, while the participants in the selection process were screened via an employee survey and a questionnaire about company practices and programs.
